Human Nature

“To classify is human.” Organizing and categorizing is in our nature, some more than others, it is the way we make sense of the world around us. We organize our living spaces, what we must do throughout the day, where our expenses go, etc. We even go as far as categorizing people, including ourselves. We are so accustomed to categorizing that when something is hard to pinpoint and put in a box we become instilled with fear and as a reaction ostracize that unknown. This human characteristic inevitably translates into our man-made technological devices.
